When I am in game and push F4 to open the Ragehook's console it pauses my game like it opened but it does not show anything. If I push F4 again it unpauses my game like it just closed. I can not see anything in the upper right-hand corner. When I do "open" it and I try to type something then push enter to load a plugin nothing happens. Please help so I can start using other mods using Ragehook. LSPD First Response does load as soon as I load the game.

Okay so this looks like a pretty common conflict between the RAGE Plugin Hook and ScriptHook V.  A while back, Alexander Blade changed the way in which his script hook hooked DirectX, which lets you draw stuff on the screen and such.  Unfortunately the way he does it makes the RAGE Plugin Hook and any other software that also hooks DirectX incompatible for some people.  You will probably find that you experience issues with recording software and such as well because of this.

Try removing ScriptHook V and see if that helps.

Alt tab out of game while keeping gta running. Close the gamelauncher and go back in game. This should make it work properly again.

Launch RagePluginHook.exe. Once you're inside the game as a character, hit Esc to pause the game and then press ctrl-esc minimize the game. Click back inside the game and your RPH console should display.

This is not working.  F4 brings up Script Hook V but not Ragehook Console

PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000
ConsoleKey=F4

 

They forgot to add the line to the ini file in the latest Ragehook download.  Simple overlook. 

Personally I chose to make it F3 instead, that way I can bring up ScriptHook V in my F4 button and my Ragehook F3 button console works fine now

I'm having the same problem, RageHook will launch and get me into gta but doesn't launch itself. I have no console either.

• Right click on RagePluginHook.ini, and click Properties. Ensure that "Read Only" is unchecked.
   
• Right click Notepad in the start menu, and click Run as Administrator
  • Click File --> Open, and open RagePluginHook.ini
  • Make your changes, save, and close

i made my own INI file, i have the most recent version of rage hook, and lspdfr, but still my game aint working. i dont see any police icons on the map, rage hook wont load ingame, and the console aint working.

Ok so I have rage hook plugin and all of the stuff I need for lspdfr and I have Gta 5 downloaded. I'm running it on an hp laptop and I have the Windows 10 version. Every time I try to run rage hook it says that the game installation is corrupt and I have to reinstall the game, I've done that twice now can someone help
