You guys need to clean out your files. I am vanilla lspdfr and it works fine, so clean out your mods, start with 0.2 and then add and try until you find the culprit

Welp I don't know how to help any further. I wish I could help you guys.

  • Thanks for the attempt, hopefully the devs will see whats up and assist us in the near future.

Ok, yea all of mine are unblocked...

Go to the file and right click "Properties" and an Unblock option should be on the bottom right.

I have no mods or plugins besides LSPDFR

To me it looks like you have Script Hook V installed and Open IV asi.

I do as well, maybe the problems are related?

I've removed Open IV asi and tried and it still crashes

Ah I did not notice the scripthook. I am going to try and take it out. Along with the ASI for OPEN IV

You guys should re download LSPDFR 0.2 and then reinstall, those screenshots are missing items and you may have missed them because the servers were having problems with the downloads earlier. Inside the LSPDFR folder is this; http://gyazo.com/54211fffbfa25394c610a9841e8302e4

My Directory is here just in case you wanted a reference of a working one:

still this...

Don't mess with the law, if you can't handle the law.

I've removed all mods except for LCPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook and the thing still crashes. What i'm not getting is when the log says

[7/14/2015 3:35:45 PM.860] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime.

and

[7/14/2015 3:35:45 PM.861] LSPD First Response: at System.DateTime.DateToTicks(Int32 year, Int32 month, Int32 day)

Does the crash have something to do with time IG or system clock. I'm confused.

Hmm, I don't know what to say then. You could maybe verify your Steam cache and see if something is missing, but I don't have any other ideas on why it isn't working
