The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

First time modder

Featured Replies

Hello all, thanks in advance.

I installed LSPDFR e into my game directory(c:\programfiles\rockstargames\gtav) and when i select the ragehook.exe, it loads the game, says enjoy, but nothing happens when i hit f4, and when i go into story mode, it doesn't show that LSPDFR is running, and i cant see the arrests on the map. I checked that all the files that i moved over were unblocked. Am i missing something? Again, newb modder here so it may be something basic that i overlooked. Thanks!

First you should open the game (=Go into the Story mode). When you're ingame hit F4 and write: LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll" and now you should be able to play.

So i tried to do that, but when i hit f4, nothing comes up.

Are you running the game through the RagePluginHook.exe that is inside the game's folder?

If you are, and you have the NativeTrainer.asi (from ScriptHook), try deleting that file (save a backup always), because it use the same key (F4)

Sorry for my english.

Un saludo!. Regards!

I did have nativescript in there, so i pulled it out of there. I also tried starting the game through the ragepluginhook.exe and it still wont respond when i hit f4. It loads up and says enjoy, but it doesnt actually start in the game

Pull ScriptHookV.dll out. Then start the game with RagePluginHook.exe

I did that, but still no success. I may just wait and see if the new update later will work

If you can't open the console with F4 the update won't help. If you have a steam installation repair your GTA V, otherwise install a backup (I hope you made one)

I do not have the steam version, just retail version. I didnt save a backup(didnt think there would be a need, dumb me) but i think i may have found a backup from someone else to use

Also, if i downgrade to an older version, will it try to auto update to the newest patch?   Any way to avoid that?

Create a firewall extension and block gta V. I think there are tutorials on the world wide web
