The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Add your GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for whichever anti-virus you use. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Test your game.

    I deleted it and reinstalled it and then it gave me a pop up window when I hit run the said Microsoft was trying to block it as possible virus did I want to excluded from being blocked? I clicked yes, then it opened but had no map on the game then it glitched out spawn every cop in one area that I closed it reopened it and it was all good.
