Sounds like your issue belongs to rage plugin hook. If so, please make a topic at forums.ragepluginhook.net

Managed to fix the issue. Turns out I had an out dated ScriptHook, so installed a new one. As for the Speed Radar mod, I had to edit the Startup file and put :

 

loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
loadplugin "SpeedRadar.dll"
LoadPlugin "SpeedRadar.dll" 
LoadPlugin "SpeedRadar.dll"

 

And it works perfectly now. Wouldn't loan with just one Loanplugin "Speedradar.dll

 

 

You only need two "loadplugins." SpeedRadar isn't a verified plugin, so you need to confirm that you really want to run it by telling it to load twice.

And PLD requires ScriptHookV, not RageHook :)
