Hello.

I have the same problem and I tried everything. The RAGE Hook loads, everything looks fine and when I press F4, the game is paused but there is no console visible. After pressing F4 again the game goes on again. Any more ideas? I have quite a lot of mods as well but it was working before with them. Thanks.

Ah, alright so what worked for me was taking all text out of my startup.rphs file and then running RagePluginHook.exe as administrator. Hopefully this works for you aswell.

Nope. still the same thing.

Ok so there is a conflict with scriphook rage and scriphook V (blade's)

 

Not sure which one is causing the screw up. I tried it with few versions of rage and still the same issue. F4 pauses game, rage is loaded, lcpd isn't, all other ASI mods are loaded and working fine.

 

So currently the options are... play with no scripts or play with scripts and no lcpd. Removing hook V unfucks ragehook. Somebody somewhere fucked up big time. Somebody somewhere needs to fix it.

 

 

Are you using ScriptHookV and .asi mods? If so this is causing you console to freeze on 1.0E If you remove ScriptHookV this will allow the console to work as advised. Although if your like me and use the mods, trainer, spotlights, etc, you need both to make it worth your while. You need to do this...

In you startup.rphs you need to put this in:

WarnOnPluginLoad false
loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
loadplugin "SpeedRadar.dll"
loadplugin "PoliceRadio.dll"

If you have all of these mods, leave it as it is, or add to it or take away what is needed. Then start your Ragehook and game. This will start all your plugins without the console. Although the console will be frozen and unusable, all your plugins and asi mods will be loaded.

Please note: FinKones Police Radio will be invisible. Please learn the location and button presses of this mod before you do this so you can still use it.

 VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

Make sure you use the RageHook files that came with 0.1e for any other ragehook will crash your lspdfr upon callout acceptance. Also make sure ALL of your files are unblocked by right clicking and going to properties and clicking unblock.

Still having an issue with the console not loading. It never ever did load. i have rph 20. lspdfr .2b

I'm having same issue but on rph 23. lspdfr .2b

Can't open console and can't load lspdfr but when i get in game all windows show up about rage hook so rage hook works

try this 

talked to some1 ( Finkone )  they said to try this ver of ragehook  if rage hook crashes RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.1.508.2094  from  http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx  last 1 / first 1 all the way at the bottom of the list *not the top of the list 1

use every file that comes with  RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.1.508.2094  an dremember to unblock everything

run / use  with rage launcher as admin after installing everything

worked for me i'm in game and everything loaded also worked for some1 else

I downloaded it put it in and I downloaded what it told me to download but LSPDFR now crashes then when I reload it it crashes again. But the console works now. HELP!

I have the same isse. All plugins and LSPDFR loads up and i can play. Other plugins like spotlights also work. Opening console pauses game but i can type in the console i just can't see it. Now this would not be a problem if the radio wasn't invisible. Anyone have an idea how to fix this. Ragepluginhook forums also had nothing regarding this issue.
