This,

The only reason why I would go back to .91 would be for the arrest function, Just so much better imo, But that's just my opinion, .95 has way more free lance Police officer like features, So imo, Id rather go with .95 any day.

Help us, help you!

As said, 0.91 is stable, so that one should work without too many issues (and it had a pretty decent arrest function.)

0.95 introduced so many new things, it basically revamped how it plays. The Police Computer, the Taser, and the ability to issue parking tickets, and vehicle searches. Aside from that, since it's not an official Stable release, it still has a way to go, the new abilities (parking tickets, vehicle searches) are still very temperamental, requiring you to be placed perfectly dispatching helis may crash the game, repeating calls at one location. But it shouldn't detract so much from the game.

Basically said, if you want something that you know will work fine without too many issues, 0.91, if you want something with a lot of features with a few small bugs here and there (since it's not a stable release, but a Release Candidate), I'd definitely say 0.95.

0.91's regular arrest is great, but the gunpoint arrest is just horrible (they aren't arrested; they just wind up lying on the ground). Though, now that I think about it, that may make some sense...
