Right now, there is no way I know of how I could respond to reviews on my files and answer the questions posted there. Could something like that be done? Or is there a way I simply don't know of?

​I think questions are supposed to go in the comment section of the file, and the review part is strictly for opinions on the file. Maybe they could introduce a moderator feature for our own files, where like forum moderators here, we can keep the review part of someone's post in the review tab, and then move the question part to the comment section where we can reply to it.

That said, giving people moderator abilities on their own files does mean they can completely change a review or delete a bad one, but maybe there's a way to implement something like this without giving people the ability to censor negative reviews?

​well i had someone give my file a 1 star review because he couldn't open the ivaud file with winrar so yea not too pleased with that

Reviews and comments which abide by our Community Guidelines simply won't be removed. We know that users can review or comment on files for entirely the wrong reasons, but unfortuantly this is something which can't be solved easily without making reviewing more difficult (something we don't want to do).

Regarding adding a reply to reviews left, I do agree that this is an important feature we'll need to add. I don't think this is something IPS will ever be interested in implementing, so I'll add this to the list of things to do.

​We tried that before for the clan system, we gave users the ability to moderate comments on their own groups, and it ended in disaster. We won't be repeating that mistake anytime soon.
