Was wondering if there is a way to make the headlight's flash like they do in the PPM mod?

Individual ELS cars do that depend on if the author made support for it.

He means the flashing headlights, which is something that PPM does, not ELS.

@Break, is there a small script out there that you know of for it? or even a way to do it? cause to be honest, PPM is garbage

I wanted this too, and no, I haven't found any script that does that. Maybe flashing long range lights could be included in the LCPDFR lightmodes...

@Interference, i did not understand what you meant.

ELS is capable of making headlights flash, the flashing headlights just needsto be a texture that's incorporated into the downloaded car and they become part of the light pattern. I have a couple of them that do it, one of them is showed off in an early YouTube video I did before the "walkthroughs".

Oh you mean the headlights having a flash that projects forwards? I haven't seen that before. Also the lights wouldn't be that bright, especially during the day time.

I just think it would be sweet to have a disco partay in my cop car :D plus, i love the environment strobe effect LOVE IT, but i've been looking for something like it for month's and i really don't want to leave LCPDFR
