Hello everyone i have made and put myself in the game of gta 4 as one of the cops but i cant seem to stop his face from shining so much i understand thats what the alpha or what every makes hime sweat but i never worked on gta 4 before just gta sa so in my hour an a half thats what i got can anyone help i know its just something i probley just need to do in photoshop but have not seen any tutoral about it i will make one after i get this done so can someone please help !

iirc, that problem has something to do with meshes. 

I would recommend using the vanilla GTA IV heads because all those has proper meshes.

You could try replacing the _spec textures with just black textures in open iv. That seemed to help when I did it with GTA 5 peds.

That's an appalling thing to say. A most serious accusation which has no grounds in reality. But, If you feel that you are being discriminiated, you are free to report it.

It was a joke but its funny as soon as i put that up i got a answer some what the same way i post on rockstars forum and email about everyone suing for false advertisement with the heist and lets just say with in 5 days we had the heist its only psychology ineseri the lol ant give it away lol

Thank you Black Jesus1 i thought about just removing the spec texture all together and see what happens but ill try your black idea and karlieloss the whole reason i started playing games is the dream to put my self in the game thats done i ant going bat to vanilla  lol and all vanilla are with models are in there and more its a lot of copy and pasting and renaming but worth but thank you karlieloss for your answer

I know that helped with the peds that I am using.

It didnt work its still the same
