does any ELS or LCPDFR work on GTA IV version 1.0.0.0?

LCPDFR doesn't, but as for ELS, i'm not sure.

Why on earth are you using an unpatched copy of the game?

Both LCPDFR and ELS require the newest version of the game.

GTA IV barely works on 1.0.0.0.

and using the .exe provided, correct? Show me a screenshot of the error, and your GTA IV directory. 

my gta iv is download version not paid

the image says:
title update cannot run. More detail visit  C/Ussers/Naomi?AppData/Local/Microsoft/GFWLive/Install?Logs?titleupdate.log

 

and my game directory is : C:UsersNaomiDesktopgta test
