To get a few things straight, I am fully aware that an unlocked Federal Signal Valor and an unlocked 2013/2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan for gta 4 is unreleased. 

I'm sorry if I am asking for too much, but I want either someone to make an unlocked Federal Signal Valor with an ELS mapping, or at least for someone to give me one.

Same goes for the 2013/2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan. I do not want a 2010-2012 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan. I want an unlocked FPI sedan that is a 2013/2014 that I can use for modding.

Why do I want all of this, because I have learned how to model with ZModeler and want to contribute to the LCPDFR community in return. I promise I will credit the person who made the models if I get one.

The first contribution I plan on making with these specific mods are a Reading Police Department car pack. Reading is the city that I live in, and I think their cars just look really cool in general. They use the Federal Signal Valor lightbar, and I really think you guys will love it.

Not only will I be able to make Reading PD cars, I will also be able to make cars that many people want, but are unreleased such as, the NYPD Ford Police Interceptor Sedan Slicktop, SDPD Ford Explorer, LAPD Dodge Charger with the Valor to name a few. The possibilities are endless.

I'm not much of a busy guy, so if you want me to make something, it should be done in no time.

I hear ya. I don't know why there hasn't been an unlocked 2013 FPI released, since some unlocked 2013 FPIU's have appeared along with several other unlocked models of different vehicles. People will want to use them more as they become more used by real police departments, and those models could probably even make their way into GTA V. I guess we'll have to wait.

It's a nice thing to say that, but you've to understand people are not going to trust a random person suddenly appearing claiming they are going to do great models and stuff. It's natural to be suspicious, especially around here where a lot of rippers are just waiting for stuff like that.

The LAPD Dodge Charger has been done and released (look it up). The SDPD and NYPD models have been done just not released. Reason are because of rippers. Many modders don't want their models/equipment being abused so they rather not release it to the public and most respect their decisions. Look at the downloads sections and you'll see why people rather not release and keep them to themselves. 

In the end, its best to respect their decision and let them decide whether they ever wanna release it or not. There are many other unlocked models out there if you look around. (LCPDFR is not the only GTA IV modding site you know)

just a quick suggestion: try making cars with all the dev parts avaideble and show the community how good you really are, then maybe people will give you unlocked parts (I said maybe).

its normal that experianced modders wont give out models they have paid for, converted and templated to just another random dude who has nothing released (no offense)

I'm sure there would be problems with that considering the enormous amount of effort it takes to scratch model cars, especially modern ones with all their complicated shapes. While scratch modelling doesn't cost as much money, it is more expensive in blood sweat and tears.

There would be a number of problems. One past thing that people who are new to this community don't know is that... there was once where the CVPI and the Whelen Liberty lightbar was over used and constantly released. Just go look at the downloads section. Trust me.

CVPI was always overused with the Liberty. Downloads section is always going to be cluttered like that. But through all of it.. There are some really nice lighting setups and skins.
