You'd have to make a model for the dog, animate it with preferably motion capture which costs a hell of a lot to do.

You'd then need to add a new line to the popcycle and ped.ide files which would most likely cause instability issues etc.

as far as cops going against traffic they are allowed to in my city Philadelphia they do it all the time when responding code 2 with the horns going and also code 3 to get in and out of the traffic.

It all depends on department regulations, NC law views lights and siren as the officer is asking for premission to pass through red lights, stop signs, speed and passing on the oncoming side of the road. So if another motorist pulls out in front of the officer and causes the accident, its the officers fault most times (unless the officer was adhereing to all traffic laws at the time). On top of that, department regulations are usually much stiffer than the state law. I know of some departments the officer can not pass on the wrong side of the road unless its a dire emergancy (people need to be dying pretty much) and even the use of the siren is severally "frowned" upon (usually the richer cities and town do this around here)

Not quite. All other cars have to stop, so for example, at a red light, EVERYONE else must pull over. That means that the police do have right-of-way through the intersection. Also,

Thats incase someone damages the emergency vehicle, I'm talking about the officer goes to pass on the left side of the road moving above the speed limit or passing through a intersection, but someone happens to pull out. If the officer is speeding, he could be at fault because he isn't acting with due concern to the citizens at large. What I learned in BLET is because you have lights and sirens doesn't mean you get to do what you want to get to a scene, you have to drive within reason and have to be able to back it up. During our driving training we had a active officer there to "relearn" to drive because he arrived to a crime scene to quickly lol

Police ID check on people who you think is suspicious You can do this during a traffic stop, however I think you should be able to do it over the radio whilst on foot.

more Police car pursuit If you want a pursuit, keep pressing shift whilst behind a vehicle. That way you keep cancelling the traffic stop and in the end it turns into a pursuit.

i know this thread is kinda old but i just wanted to comment on this one thing about roadblocks where you said they dont use them anymore, but in my town the sheriff department throws roadblocks up on a regular bases to check , i.d. and random vehicle checks for insurance and tags and drivers under the influence of alcohol and drugs, im sure they dont throw them up to block a highspeed chase because it is dangerous, but just a random check point would be great. just curious if someone could create a script for this

We're talking about road-blocks used in a pursuit.

But is it possible that someone or developer there can use this ideas .

Conduct Police stop Road block to have the following feature

1. Check ID and Driver license of the Driver and the ID of the passenger ( to check if they are wanted or have previous history of Crime/felony )

2. Conduct DUI test ( breathalyser ) on suspected Drink drinking driver

3. If someone here can script some Random driver That is "wanted " that will be fun . because in real life not all check is clean. some are wanted . so sometime you will check on a random Wanted suspect/driver .

I hope this ideas will be taken into consideration erm maybe in next version of lcpdfr

I believe the lcpdfr computer already reads if the person is wanted..but I think only the devs can do what you want done. I really dont think anyone else here could do that unless they knew the script codes
