I've looked through 100 pages of cars and can't find 1 cts, I did however find a a civilian one here --> http://www.gamemodding.net/en/gta-iv/gta-iv-cars/40344-cadillac-cts-v-coupe-2011.html.

 

Could anyone possible point me to a download or possibly create one? As of now I literally can't find 1 Police CTS, even if its Coupe or sedan. I just want a cts :P

If you cant find one, chances are - nobody made one. I mean generally cadillacs arent police vehicles, which would explain the rarity.

I'm going to look into doing this right now.  I've always wanted one too, but i never could find an unlocked one.

 

I'm assuming you want a slicktop?

 

That model is locked.  I'm going to try to find an unlocked one now.

If you getter done let me know! CTS one of my fav cars next to a Chrysler 300. Slicktop or not, 1 would be amazing.
