Only one I have found so far is by ran by ScriptHook and it's not a standalone CC mod -_-'.
I find it really hard to stay at a constant speed, say 30 MPH/48KMH while watching around for crime, I.E Drug deals,cars running stop signs, turning without using indicators Exc,Exc.
We definitely need this one. Show some love <3

Hot topic, ofcourse I would. However as normal person, only if it was a state of emergency. Besides that my Future DO license will make sure Im not put on infantry duty.

Also if you are running a ENB look at the following....

EmissiveMuliplier=2.0
LightIntensity=1.5
This will also help in making the lights brighter without causing the surrounding area to be washed out by the enviroment lighting....You have to find a nice mix between the emmissive setting in the visualsettings.dat file and this
