1) so i noticed i call backup and they freeze. like i see the backup unit at the intersection and they dont move. after that i had a pursuit. so i bust the driver. thn go back for the passenger the cops are just aiming at him and the passenger door is open.( idk that is intentional) but whn i get him out i go to arrest i accidently press f11 so i try to rearrest him and he pulls a shotty on me and the officer right there is walking in place. i end up killin the guy and the iffcer took 2 or 3 shots but why is that happening? 1st time i see this happen.

you need an ASI loader

Either reinstall LCPDFR and choose either Dsound or Xliveless. If you already have both, delete one.

Just as a side note though, If you use the xliveless asi loader you will loose online functionality so if you are planning on playing online at all (On or off duty) you will need to use dsound instead.

Delete on of them xlive or dsound... if you want to play on-line then I would get rid of xlive.
