anyone knows what happened to KevinDV's unlocked stuff? He had a FS Vision fully halogen lightbar, an Arjent with ALPR  and some other stuff I can't remember, and you could find them on gta-modding-chest. I'd really like to get my hands on the Arjent lightbar, to be precise it's ALPR part. Can anyone upload it / show me where can I find it?
