Hello!

 

I have installed these:

 

1. GTA IV EFLC
2. LCPDFR
3. Car pack '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

Then, i run the game but the lightning system is not right, take a look at the video:

In the VisualSettings.dat file under the Common/Data folders, increase the emissive lights amount. Anywhere from 100-200 should look the best, I have mine set to 145. You'll also have to increase the amount under the TBoGT and TLAD folders, too.

 

# Other emissive lights

car.defaultlight.emissive.on 145

Thank you for your effort to help me but it didn't work for me. It remains the same except the red and blue color is now white.

It has something to do with your timecyc.dat file inside your TBoGT folder. 

 

Download this mod, and make sure to replace both the visualsettings.dat and timecyc.dat files in both the main directory and the TBoGT/TLAD sub-folders. Let me know if this works.

Thank you again for your effort but it didn't help. I used TBoGT but when i installed it to classic GTA IV, it worked perfectly. So i think there is something with the datadisc TBoGT but i can't understand what it is. In GTA IV it has worked for the first time.

Look at my post  over @ . I had this same issue and fixed it myself after messing with files for around 6 hours xD it will fix.

Since you're in TBOGT, you'll have to replace the files in the TBOGT folder. It has the same common and pc folders. Replace your visualsettings.dat (this will make the lights brighter), and in case they are bright but white, you'll have to replace your timecyc as well. Hope this helps.
