hey guys first post on here i have done everthing you guys have told me and for whatever reason when i go to start it it just shows up as "NOT RESPONDING" and then closes. secondly i have downloaded the lcpdfr .95 and i dont see it coming up on the game the only thing i havent down load was that thing from "simple navtive trainer 1.0.7.0 " cuz there site is down. thanks for the help

oh no i feel stupid i did that at first but when i went to uninstall it and reinstall it i forgot

I had this problem before, when I had dsound.dll in my GTA IV directory. Mine works well, I did the following:

1) Took a fresh copy of GTA IV and installed

2) Patched the game to 1.0.7.0

3) Ran the RAR installer to lcpdfr 0.95 RC2

4) Ran the LaunchGTAIV as an administrator.

I had no other mods installed, not even SNT. Try that and see if it helps you.

EDIT: I should specify that I installed lcpdfr with xliveless, not dsound.dll

i have not dowloaded that file from the "simple native trainer 1.0.7.0" becuz the site is down

LCPDFR Should start when you press ALT+P. Although it appears that you don't have an ASI loader in that diagnostics report. dsound, or xliveless should work, make sure they are for version 1.0.7.0. I personally have problems with dsound.dll, so I use xliveless. It works, but there is no online gameplay when you have it installed. Link is below.

After downloading it, just drag and drop it into the GTA IV installation folder. Also make sure to start the game with LaunchGTAIV.exe as administrator.
