It appears and sounds as if this kid was trying to get shot! Maybe its just me who is extremely interested into law enforcement, but aint it common sense to not pull a gun/weapon (whether fake or not) on anyone?

and even with that people try to make it a race thing, sorry but weapon pulled on an officer responding to a gun can no matter the color is gonna most likely be shot.

i've been reading about this too. and honestly i wanna support the officer, but reports say that the police car pulled up and the officer fired 3 shots within 1.5 seconds of stopping the car. the other officer didn't even have time to exit the car before the kid was on the ground. reports also say he was alone so unless that kid was pointing that gun at them there should have been a little more discretion. also i'm concerned that they pulled up within 5 feet of him. what happened to officers taking cover when in danger? this clearly was not a dangerous situation is what i think.

This kid was a idiot, ''Hey, I'm going to go out and point this M1911 looking gun at people and then TRY to pull it out on the police.'' That kid had a big death wish, i Support the officer because it was a threat to him!
