There needs to be a version of this car with els rotary light but make it like the cheetah from vice city that chases you when you get 3 stars.

YES! This model is gorgeous and I would totally use it. The big question, is the model locked?

I completely agree with you. It would be just like Miami Vice!

I made one using the Vice City Rage model a long while back. It wasn't ELS, but it just used a regular IV rotary light. Perhaps I'll make my own conversion some time soon.
