Weapon question

Featured Replies

Hi LCPDFR!,

So i Want to add an M4 Carbine to my vehicle (which is why i'm posting it in this section). But i am wondering:

Whose the manufacturer of M4's used by police and ESU units? (such as the NYPD and CHP if they use them)

Thanks! :)

You can add the weapon in the lcpdr ini file and I am not sure as what model you are talking about.

I meant i am going to add it to a car model

As far as I am aware, most agencies use AR-15's which are manufactured by Colt.

ok, are they the only ones?

Thanks both of you!

The Colt AR-15 or any AR-15 is your best bet. Most departments buy civilian versions of weapons as oppose to the M4s that the military use.

LAPD uses a few different brands. Not Just HK. They use Bushmaster, Smith & Wesson as well as Colt.

I'm pretty sure LAPD uses hk 416s
