Can anybody give those alloy rims for the dodge charger? I think they're made by Nickie B but I'm not sure.

I never said it wasn't. I have them with permission as well but i don't brag about them, or tell people i have them at that matter. And to just clarify the "Alloy rim" your talking about isn't alloy. Its a plastic hubcap with a steel rim.

So basically who ever doesn't have them is SOL and whoever does can just post and say they do, but cant give them out? Cool.

There are some alloys on the D:SF model that is uploaded on here, however they are not police hubcaps. You'd be able to edit the vertices on them and edit it to fix to the Charger steel wheel.

No you do not have permission to use them have a nice day. Taking something without permission is still stealing.

Carper did not make those rim's he doesn't know how to model. Those rims are from an unknown source, converted for IV by me.

For starters, wrong. They are mine. I do know how to model and if you would get your head out of your own ass every once in a while and quit being in Brony Cock Land, you may find out a lot things that I can do. Secondly, I had you convert them because you could do normal maps in Photoshop because the version I have(beta of CS5) wont allow me to use the plugin. 

Everyone who does have them, that were received directly from me, has permission to use them.
