I can't find it in everywhere. Can someone give a download link for this tahoe mod? As long as the skin is black and white, the emergency light is blue and red or yellow, the push bar like the one in the pics. Thank.

Brighter lights may mean they have a mod installed like the luminescence mod or they may just be using custom settings by editing their visualSettings.dat file.

The wraparound pushbar is included in my link. Just download it. There is an "extras" folder which includes it.
