    I hate the crap out of these guys, so I removed them from their spawn. ;)

    It's rather easy to get rid of them.

    Go to this directory: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata

    Then open up pedgrp.dat with Notepad.

    Press F3 and search for "preachers".

    Should bring you to a section called # POPCYCLE_PED_GROUP_SCENARIO_PREACHERS.

    Delete the two model names under that group name.

    Ta da! They will never spawn again. ...right, don't forget to save. :P
