I just got an idea.Not sure if this has been suggested before,but if its possible,then Devs could consider something like this:

You arrest a suspect,three options come on screen: Cite this suspect,Arrest this suspect,Leave this suspect.Then,just like in traffic stops, where theres a random chance of suspect fleeing,it could be added here,that the suspect offers you a bribe."Press * to accept bribe or - to charge the suspect for attempt to bribe".I don't know if this forthcoming part would be possible or not,but Devs may consider taking a look at it:

If you press *,an animation could be forced on the suspect which would be same as a hotdog vendor's while selling his sausages.Instead there would be some money or just nothing would be visible.The cop could do the same action what he does while receiving a hotdog.Bribe sum could be anything relative to real life situations,but double or more than what a cop would get on arresting/citing the suspect (because thats what distinguish these two suggested options.Whats the point if both options fetch the same amount of sum to the cop?).It would be added to player's existing property,exactly as it does while giving out a ticket.After the bribery process,the script would automatically consider your reactions as "leave the suspect" and the suspect will walk away.

If pressed -,then a text would appear "Attempt to bribery added to charges".At this point suspect could cry just as they do while stepping in front of police station,only to get disappeared.

I really would love LCPDFR to have a realistic traffic stop. I hate how the people just stop in the middle of the road. I'm sure everybody does too.

Are you sure..? They could have it so maybe when they ride over a certain area, their tires get popped..

Are road blocks possible? I think they would be. Like press ALT+R or something and there are a bunch of Tahoes blocking the road ^^

alot of ppl keep sayin road blocks and spike strips and those arent gonna happen alot of the stuff ppl say is impossible. alot of the cars do pull over to the sidewalk sometiemes u just gotta pull em over twice

I would like to see:

  • More stability
  • Maybe if possible more MP integration
  • and last but not least, more high speed chases with what was said before about some have a guy that can shoot back at you as the car speeds away.

More call-outs such as:

-a fight: it's easy to do ! Just place 2 fighting ped ;

-demonstration: just spawn 15/20 peds, and when police comes on scene, (we) we just press ALT+K to disperse peds, and some will go, others will try to resist,and more ;

-EMS assistance: just spawn a drunk ped, and an ambulance, and we will have to arrest the men ;

-Officer assistance (foot pursuit, ... )

-ambulance escort to the hospital ;

I have had an idea that I have been holding onto for a while now. I always thought it would be cool to take a prison transport and drop then off at the prison. I think that would be an easy one to do, can just make that another location to go on and off duty.

  • Robbery In Progress - Sent to a Commercial place to investigate a robbery, like a shots fired call, you sometimes find a suspect or two, you sometimes find its a prank.
  • Burglary in Progress - Sent to a Residential place to investigate a burglary, have to check the backyard, garage, etc. same as above.
  • Small MVA - Sent to a less occupied side-street where two cars are in a little fender bender and have the option to cite one of them, or find that one is drunk and arrest him for DUI
  • Warrant Service - Sent to a house with SWAT Units, or other patrol units already on scene, and enter the house to serve a warrant, usually have people with guns shooting and eventually find the person with the warrant in the house and arrest him.
  • Pickpocket - Sent to a normally crowded area (IE:Park, Subway, Star Junction, or any other areas), Have to "Investigate" the area and after a few seconds a blip lights up over a suspisious person, you are to approach the person and frisk them, and you either find stolen cards or whatever, or they run, or they pull a gun.

Some Fixes (I'm sure they might have been stated before, if they have, ignore this, I'm just not reading through 25 pages of posts):

  • Fix for all vehicles around you stopping, or backup into each other when you use your Computer on a Traffic Stop
  • A Passenger side traffic stop checkpoint, even though I'm sure the animations would look backwards, I would not mind since I've been hit by passing cars way too much.

EDIT: Forgot to add, I'd like to see the Laptop be used abit more, sort of like a real Police MDT, where calls come through over that instead of randomly and singularly over the radio. Especially with a big city like Liberty City, you'd have multiple calls going on at once and it'd be cool to do like the original polcie computer and go into the MDT and select a call to handle.

I think it would be nice to respond to Fire Department and EMS call, weather it is to shut down a road way or to assist with crowed control, also another would be to have a department where anybody from online can work at the same location and you dont really have to worrie if you are gonna be on a chase and another police officer is gonna crash into you..

I would like to have an option on a menu (RC3, hehe) where you have to call over the radio "P.I.T. is authorized" and available units will attempt to do a P.I.T. Or, wait until enough force/time in pursuit has gone and then radio in to ask if you have legability to do a P.I.T. I think that would be cool. Or, have lethal force count as starting to ram/use P.I.T.

Won't happen, as we're using R* pursuit AI. Ramming the suspect is all they can do, hell, they even drive into traffic, do you really think they're smart enough to do a PIT?

As of just enabling/disabling ramming the suspect, that's coming in RC3.

Simple, just get an animation from a cut scene where a car speeds up, and turns quickly.

Or somehow code it...I don't know...

But I know it's possible. Just haven't found a way yet.

Something using the suicidal person callout system:

A small hostage taking; a guy with a weapon aiming another person, you'd have to reason with the suspect and if it's condition turns unstable, he will try to shoot the hostage, the time would slowdown and you'd have to shoot him before he kills the you or the victim.

When we pull over a Car , we will need to check the person ID right , what do you think if we can check the passenger as well . because the passenger maybe wanted instead of the driver . so it best we can check them both .

I not sure how a police in US works , but in my country , when we were stop by the police in roadblock or police stop . everyone is the car need to show them their ID card .

2. Be on the lookout msg

example , when we were patrolling the street , we were have this callout that ask us to be on the lookout for ( with text/subtitle instead of sound )

- Stolen car

I would like to be able to check all passengers IDs in traffic stops too. I think it would cool to get more information from the computers in the police cars when running someones name. For instance if the person as a warrant then state what the warrant is for and also if they have previous citations what type of citations.

Make a very very very rare mission where Niko Bellic and his friends are robbing the bank! :D and lots of cops are responding, SWAT, etc.

Also make a dimond store robbery :)
