Also, if it makes a difference. I bought the game on Steam. I remember I had loads of grief trying to get Project Reality to work with Battlefield 2 because of steam. So maybe it's just the same thing.

Management Team

Right click game in Steam > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Cache.

It will remove any modifications and restore a fresh game.

Try and reinstall after this.

Re-run the installer as an administrator. Run the game as an administrator.

If you still get stuck on the loading screen, move your gamesave to another place and try again.

The game works now. The MOD still doesn't. It's frustrating the crap out of me honestly. Is there anything in that information I gave that is telling anyone why it's doing that?

One or both of the dependencies is missing.

When I try to install it the c+++++++++ it tells me that a newer version has been uploaded and I already downloaded the frameworknet thing.

You need to re-install .net framework 4 because I can definitely tell from the diagnostics log that you haven't got it installed.

Try running the C+ installer as admin.
