It would be a bit mean for the developers to not reward the moderators in some way for their hard work. Anyway, giving NB a development copy is a good way of getting free publicity.

I tested with no cars and a default PD cruiser, still happens on an unmodded install, it may just be my system acting up, I had the same problem with a few other games without mods (texture pop in on ArmA II being the main one)

IIRC, he was a tester before he was a mod for exactly this reason.

EDIT: Also, I always just think of it as a hierarchy.

Tester - Tests the mod; can submit bug reports that are taken more seriously.

Community Team - Moderator; makes sure everything functions smoothly; also gets to test (I'm pretty sure testers are expected to do some amount of serious testing [which is actually work], I'm not sure if mods have to)

Development Team - Admin; codes mod; also handles website admin tasks (mostly Jay); moderates; also tests (I assume, b/c you guys have the actual most recent version that you just compiled)

He means in RC1 they programed in a limit, There is no way to set it to a certain varible in the .ini file due to the fatct they will not allow you to edit any of the values until the final version is out, Also, NicoaiB has RC2, Not sure if you can edit in that, But youd have to ask him that.

Do you know whats new in RC2?

I'm pretty sure you have to wait with the rest of us and we are not suppose to ask.

Visit me on youtube. The most common reason for crashing is user error. Make sure you have the latest RAGE, ScripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet and turn off your antivirus. Make sure you have an up to date gameconfig.xml as well. Use Allbo's plugin troubleshooter to find any errors too.

Just to clear up the confusion around me and access to the early versions of 0.95.

I were originally added as a tester (which surprised me, one day there was a banner on LCPDFR.com that said "if you see this, you've been added as a tester for 0.95") to demonstrate the additions and changes being made in 0.95, it were the managements intention that I would be the only one publicly demonstrating 0.95 to all of you lovely people.

Keep in mind that there were no public releases planned of the in development versions of 0.95, one of the testers released a version, along with a guide to by-passing the security measures taken by the developers that insured that only approved testers had access.

I were at this point only a tester with access to "nightly" builds, which is ad hoc versions of 0.95, which adds functions, or fixes bugs. If you look though my 0.95 preview videos, you will see change from video to video, as stuff were added, and removed during the development.

I have since been asked by the manager (the almighty Sam) to join the public relations team, which I accepted.

So will you keep on doing the FR vids? (I'll admit I've not checked your channel in forever so no clue if you are doing them) or is it up to Sam as to when you get to put the vids up and what goes in and stays out?
