I am trying to play LCPDFR online with my friends and we crash with in minutes. Also LCPDFR 1.0 calls will crash my game and when I try to pull someone over they pull over then start driving off and it says 'exit your vehicle' so I have to put my car as a roadblock in front of them for it to work.  

I'm using these mods:

LCPDFR 1.0b

ELS 8 (with a bunch of ELS 8 CHP Vehicles)

Eye Candy 3.0

Braveheart's ANPR

Traffic Flow

vDH METT

vHD Police Helper

vHD Towing Service

I just upgraded to 1.0c and now none of my scripts and mods work only the ENB. I just went back to 1.0b and nothing works. So now I'm doing a file restore to when it worked.

Start from scratch. Install one mod at a time and make sure each works before installing another.

Also, LCPDFR is not supported in any form of online multiplayer.
