It's really unfortunate that there are issues are happening with the infinite loading... Hopefully, there is a fix soon...

I did this and it worked. Of course, none of my mods folder contents were working, but the game launched with RPH. I think the issue is that I have an old gameconfig.xml (that I need so I don't crash from too many addon cars) and the new SHV doesn't like that it's an outdated gameconfig.xml so we need someone to update that, please!

So, I've wanted to have a different siren for my hwaycars (CHP) than my regular police cars. I went into the ELS VCF file for hwaycar and changed the primary and secondary sirens to the firetruck warning and ambulance warning and went into my audio files and changed those sirens to be the CHP ones. https://gyazo.com/3658892c44ca83a2f9923add23db3afd https://gyazo.com/bfc18d70f3fdcc0d9ca83819a495c3cc It says those are the only known audio strings and I was wondering If anyone knows where I could look for other audio strings to use the police bike siren, ect. and or why the firetruck and ambulance are glitchy in game. Ambulance warning starts at different times throughout the siren and the firetruck warning has breaks in the sound.

I didn't realise the new version of RPH came with the counter measure for DLC vehicles. TrainerV uses a work around to spawn DLC vehicles in game so the RPH option isn't actually needed for all those also using TrainerV.

**UPDATE**

The problem appears to be RPH conflicting with either TrainerV or ScriptHookV itself. It has something to do with the way in which DLC vehicles are unlocked for SP use in game, as I believe they each use different methods of doing this.

You can still load LSPDFR at startup - I have tried and tested.

Crashes have disappeared (for now) as long as 'Disable counter measures...' is selected.

Pretty big update, got the vehicle in-game finally.
There are less bugs than I expected, but there are also some I never would've expected.

What does everyone think about the general size of it? I was trying to make it slightly smaller than the vanilla Riot but not too small because it is still a fairly large vehicle.
 

From all the replies i've seen, nobody is targeting him. They're expressing their opinion which is basically true facts anyways. 

He's a liar, plain and simple. Before he was suspended from LCPDFR.com, he claimed to have "exclusive access" to the LSPDFR Modification before it was even publicly released in one/several of his videos. Nobody but the staff team/testing team ever had access to modification. This has always been the case and it was extremely blatant that he was using a different modification entirely yet people still somehow believed him. Those "LSPDFR" videos racked in thousands of views.

I can only assume his goal is to make as much money as he can off of ignorant people, and he's doing a good job at it. Just look at how many advertisements are placed inside his videos. The first one I clicked on had four in-video advertisements, and one advertisement off to the side. No legitimate YouTuber who cares about their fans would put them through that many advertisements in one 15 minute video.
