Guardians of the Galaxy

Featured Replies

If you haven't already seen this film, GO TO THE THEATER IMMEDIATELY. I cannot stress this enough; you will not regret it one bit. There are not many movies that I've wanted to see again directly after walking out of the theater, but Guardians of the Galaxy IS one of those films - I feel as if I could go back and watch it at least three more times. Every moment of it was memorable; the character interaction, the set pieces and general atmosphere, all of the environments and practical as well as CG effects, and the 70s/80s pop soundtrack especially. The trailer(s), while great, simply does not do the movie justice.

It's one of the best summer blockbusters, let alone movies, that I've seen in awhile. It knows how to have a great time and not take itself too seriously, and it works out so perfectly. :D

I LOVED it. It messed with your feelings (I am Groot), made you laugh, was completely action-filled. An awesome movie. A lot of movies that are relatively long always make me feel like I have to sleep, but I truly was always wide awake just waiting for the next thing to happen.

A wonderful movie.

Oh, it also connects with the end of the Avengers movie.

Oh, and the after credits scene. :P

I've seen this advertised whilst watching movies and I've always though how bad it looked. I guess I'm too be proved wrong.

Give it a shot. I've read several accounts of folks despising the trailers, and yet absolutely adoring the film. It's worth it, that's for sure.

I have also seen this in the cinema, to be honest do not stress about it but I don't think it is one of the best films out there. The first bit was a effective and emotional part, but half way through it got a bit boring and that boring bit just grew through out the film.
