For future reference, a more helpful title would be something like "Door, wheels missing on car mod - why?", and more helpful post something like "On this car mod (video), the left rear door isn't showing up, and a few of the wheels aren't showing either. The car still drives normally. Any idea what the issue is?" It's best not to make people click a link to a Youtube video to view your problem.

I know a team of modelers who could possibly fix this. PM me if your interested. We'd have to get more involved. Possibly a teamspeak or skype call. PM me for more info

The last time I had something happen to my model where wheels and doors disappeared, there was an issue where either the model was corrupted by something I did or the model was too high poly. Try locking it, which requires re-exporting, and sending it to someone you trust so they can test it in-game. If they get the issue too then it is most likely something with the model, I would slowly add parts back to your creation until you run into problems. Try this all out and let us know about the results.
