i have looked and looked to find some police , sheriff , and state decal's to copy and paste from a stencil or how other modders do it. i am just not having any good luck at it. any help or links would really be appreciated? thx in advance guys

If you're asking about how to put logos and whatnot into Photoshop for skins, what I do is I google image search for whatever it is that I want to use. For instance, if I want the NYPD logo, I will search NYPD logo. I find the image that I want, click it to open it up, then I right click it and save it to my computer. I go to Photoshop and click open and look for the picture that I just saved, and open that. Then I just copy it from where it opened in photoshop, and paste it to where I am working and resize and reshape it to how I need it.

Or do what I do for least half my car's no copying,   all scratch made / scratch make them  granted some stuff you do need to copy off the actually car's

I think scratch made is the best way to go, you get cleaner textures that way- but that's just me
