In my experience, whenever I've had to start the game and RPH separately, restarting my computer fixed it.

Can we start seeing more all blue vehicles on here plz? Or at least make some files to add for thew? I am seeing way to many red and blues. Don't get me wrong, i love every vehicle on here but down south, we use more ALL BLUE VEHICLES down here. Me and im sure other players would be very grateful, thank you in advance. 

I see that he may not be able to help or want to help with this so i am coming to the community for help. Is there any way to make BlueGhost's unmarked pack all blue lights instead of red and blue? Really would not wanna bother him as i noticed he is kinda picky so lol, maybe you guys can help me plz. Thank you.

Thanks for the release. However, the biggest issue remains... Just pulled someone over for a routine check. She starts shooting, I call for backup. Everyone goes crazy, bus driver rams me over, backup starts shooting civilians...

Well, i have seen someone make one just now so sorry for late post. Was wondering if anyone else can make a better one then the one i found and put more pride into it then the one i found. The author doesn't seem to have enough respect for putting pride into his work, just wants to make a skin to look cool. I would but i am not good at skin making and do not want to mess it up so that is why i am asking for a professional here to see if they can make one for the community. Thank you for your time and not trying to rain on someone else's parade so sorry for sounding mean but i am not. Just wanna see some respect in the skin.

ELS v7 works with all ELS v6 cars.The patterns might be a little different but that's it.I love ELS v7 makes everything to me more realistic.

It will work with any ELS vehicles since most the patterns in V6 are in V7.
