Blurry picture when ALT+P is pressed *Steam Version*

Hello LCPDFR's! This is my first post on this forum, because i am in need of some advice.

I have recently bought the GTA pack on Steam for

Press ESC

Select Options

Select Keys

Go to an option called "Sharpness" (or something like that)

Change key from P to something else

Go back to the game

???

Profit.

I have changed the bind, but it still wont enable when i use ALT+P??

Is there suppose to be a log file in the root directory of the GTA folder?

As for the blur, you can just press P again or change the keybind.

I have already downloaded those two files installed on my PC so its not that. :(

EDIT: also i think it may be half working because when i get wanted, there is always loads of coppers in the area, and there isnt normally that many?
