You should also try using some timecyc mods. My ENB suggestion is Game4Video ENB. It's very nice.

I used ENB by Vucko for quite some time. It is very good looking and less demanding than other popular ENBs. You can get it here:

I uploaded this a while back, may not work well with ELS lights but its worth a shot.

 Either that, or you can edit the Visualsettings.dat setting to this:

# Other emissive lights

car.defaultlight.emissive.on 70.00

 

This may prevent any overwriting. Anyhow, glad I could help!

GTA IV + Natural and Realistic ENB or Game4Video ENB!!!

That would only make the ELS brighter. Not the GTA IV world.

It's good to get other people's opinions on things like which ENB is the best or whatever, but when it comes down to it, all that matters is what works with you and your computer.

No one but you is playing on your machine, so when someone says a certain ENB is great they're basing it on there experience with it on there machine.

That's why I say trial and error. Download a couple and try them out one at a time or a combination of them to see which works for you.
