What's the issue here? He effectively assisted the person on the hoseline, he effectively assisted in opening the doors and identifying hotspots/fire. Just because he's short and 'different' than the rest of the crew, doesn't mean they can't include him in operations. He might not be able to do everything an average sized firefighter does, but he can do SOMETHING. Traffic, hold c-spine, anything that he can do. Everyone has things that they aren't capable of doing or aren't comfortable with, and that is perfectly fine. There are a thousand jobs to be done on a scene, everyone is capable of doing atleast one of them.
 
The only problem I can see of, is the fact he is not wearing breathing apparatus and being in the hot zone of the operations. Nobody should be that close to the hot zone without SCBA until the fire is fully extinguished and there is minimal smoke.
 
Other than that, if you can be effective on scenes, do the same training as everyone else, pass the same fitness regulations, then who care's how short or tall you are. It's just uncommon but it shouldn't bar anyone from doing what they want to do.
 
The NFPA doesn't have any height restrictions for firefighters, and even most major city fire services don't have height restrictions. It appears that this is a volunteer department, just judging by the amount of crew on scene, and most volunteer fire departments don't have height restrictions either.

Hey guys, so if you haven't heard of ARMA Island lIfe it is basically civilians, fire/EMS/ and police all played by real players. If you get lit up for speeding, you stop and pay the ticket. You can get parking tickets, and everything. Look up how to download the addons required to play, when in ARMA II multiplayer look up Island Life and then choose the NBSG server! It is probably the best server out there

Make sure to import with sliced mode on, and export with it off.

We all crash out of game one time or another, so what is the funniest scene that you crashed at? I just had one that I recorded so I ended up getting this awesome image from when I crashed. I present to you... the midair officer slam while jumping some stairs then crashing!

Since the craigs list one has actual viruses on it, that he willingly installed (Norton) I would not recommend using it. Buying a used computer is a bit of a gamble. You don't know which state the parts are in. 
 
I'd recommend buildig your own pc with the help of a friend, or if someone can help you here in the community. 

Doesn't anyone have anything better to do than find videos that give them a reason to rip on firefighters and police officers? We do ballsier shit on a daily basis than 99% of the people who are going to read this. If you weren't there, you don't know the story.

However, it is the DISPATCHER who is responsible for alerting the train company that the FD/PD is operating near or on the tracks. The train operator should then have the common sense to slow down when they are entering the area of the situation. Not only that, but you could see the truck on the truck from a distance away. Why didn't the train stop or significantly slow down? I'm sorry, but I can't stand when people immediately jump to judge and show no respect for the people who are responsible for protecting your life every day. 

To respond to your top video the department was using a spare ladder and the brakes failed. So instead of wiping out the crowd the driver chose to put it into the cement wall to stop it. If I remember correctly they had reports of people trapped in the building so the crew went into life saving mode instead of worrying about the old truck. Great EVOC in my opinion. This video was all over Firehouse.com/FireRescueTV/Statter911 a while back and that's where the entire story was located. 

Another example of how people can't/don't appreciate other peoples work. I seriously think something should be done about this stuff, the whole modding abuse is getting out of control within the modding community

The HD 6570 isn't that great. That's a budget card.

So I got this idea not long ago to make some formal uniforms for the LCPD, (used in funerals and other ceremonial events) for screenshots, videos or roleplaying purposes. Right now I've strictly kept to texture-editing and I've heard the model looks so far so good. Thing is, I'm looking for a ped modeller to help me out if possible at all. Just to improve the ped overall, for it has some issues only modelling can fix.

It's good to get other people's opinions on things like which ENB is the best or whatever, but when it comes down to it, all that matters is what works with you and your computer.
No one but you is playing on your machine, so when someone says a certain ENB is great they're basing it on there experience with it on there machine.
That's why I say trial and error. Download a couple and try them out one at a time or a combination of them to see which works for you.

That would only make the ELS brighter. Not the GTA IV world.
