Some guy online started having a shootout in the subway and the cops were having a tough time taking taking him down, so I decided to respond. The guy may have been hacking the game as you can see the cops are trying to target him through the wall and he shot me through the wall I was leaning against, while he was behind a wall and I don't believe I was even sticking out or anything.

 

I posted some other videos on how you can get a cop uniform online and even disable the wanted level online if you call Lester. That's about as close to LCPDFR as you can get in the game without a mod.
