What's so funny about that? o.O Have you never mugged a brick wall? ok, maybe you haven't.. but a brick wall once mugged me.

I usually see something like that happening with the Homeless Disturbance Calls (though sometimes they're trying to stab air too).

But if you mean you get to the scene, and the guy is essentially holding the wall hostage! That's something new. Guess the game is putting the scene a couple feet off from where it should be.

Are you using Non-ELS? That usually causes the issue.

That's when one of the NPC's gets spawned inside the adjacent building accidentally. Happens to me all the time on my 'homeless disturbance' calls. It's very tough to deal with since you either have to somehow manage to get the people unstuck from the walls or restart the mod/game itself in order to keep playing.

Are you using Non-ELS? That usually causes the issue.

 

Since when does not using ELS cause an issue like that?...

"Psst, Reptilians is taking over pass it on!".

 

Anyway, that would be pretty funny to roll in on.
