Well, as you play LCPDFR with TBOGT Vehicles (Police Buffalo, Police Stinger, Police Bike) your game bugs and you have civs on cop bikes everywhere, and i find it  really annoying, and i wonder if you can put a check box in the installation (If you chose EFLC) to disable those vehicles for police use. That are my $0.02.

You could try this:
 

Go into your EFLC folder. Go to:

-TBOGT/common/data

-Open cargrp

-Find POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS

-Add policeb, police3 and police4 onto the end of the line.

 

If it works, they shouldn't spawn in traffic

I use ELFC, I never see that.  Although, I never see my police3 or police4 unless there's a long chase...even then it's rare.

 It should do. When you put a vehicle in this slot, it only makes police officers drive them as it sets it so only police peds will spawn as driver. However, I'm not sure if they will spawn in traffic normally. If you replace "police, police2, noose, polpatriot or fbi" in the line with the car you want, it will spawn in their place. For example, replacing "noose" with "police3" will make the buffalo (I think) spawn as opposed to the noose car.

It's a bug with the traffic spawner, i get that too. if you drive around for a while you'll see civilians driving the police bike, buffalo and stinger.. then eventually it replaces all the cars with them (civilians still driving).

Try using Traffic Load, you will not see those bugs.  Adjustable .ini included.

Traffic Flow solves this issue with relatively little side effects. Definitely worth it - the Police Buffalo will almost always outperform the Stanier or Merit cruisers.
