I need help badly. When i play as firefighter one the station is goes on default everything if fine but if i attempt to go to the other two stations and select a vehicle the game crashes. Any way to fix this?

change the keys in the .ini file, and make sure you do not press accidentally the key to go off duty. make sure to update your status to get more callouts (try to force callouts eventually).

Use the safe mode procedure to start a shift.

Hi Gangrenn, I think you're slightly confused about our problem: we can get callouts just fine, we just cannot heal patients when we get to them. As I said in my post, I have already changed the heal key to "H" (rather than "E"), but either or, it doesn't matter: I can only use the heal key once, then never again! It just will just not respond.

The rest works fine: I can get new callouts, and I can successfully use equipment from the truck (extinguishers to put out fires, jaws of life for doors, etc). It's only the heal function that is broken.

I just downloaded the mod, installed according to the manual, but when I press F to start, nothing happens.

Can I keep LCPD:FR Installed as well as this, or will LCPD:FR Have to be uninstalled?

NicholasAngel - You can have LCPD:FR installed, but you might need to remap the keys to avoid a conflict

I'm new to this side of things here. I can't get your script to work and I followed step-by-step directions in your installation video. Do I need to have LCPDFR installed in the directory? I have the scripthooks and all that good stuff.

Can you run the mod with the stock trucks and ambulances on the game or do you have to have the ELS and new trucks and stuff?

I moved over all my advanced hooks and script hooks from my lcpdfr file and it doesnt work when i press F.

I don't know how to edit, but I figured out the problem. Now I don't why the images don't show up for the equipment. i imported them in correctly using spark IV. Any suggeestions?

I love this mod but something that I have been wondering about was the F key. I use it to launch the game and do get into vehicles so its kind of hard. How do I make this work?

Change the key assigned to start the mod in the .ini file, or simply change the key to enter / leave vehicle in the gta menu.

Hey Gangrenn, is there any update on getting the heal key to work on more than once?

So, I can't bind the start option to another key. I go into the "fire.ini" file in the scripts folder, and change "F" to ".", and when i press "." nothing happens, and the start option is still "F".

I'm having some issues, I'm running Windows 10 in my pc so in order to get gta 4 to launch I have to use certain methods such as xliveless, I put the file in to the game and My game works I put the firefighter mod in but the mod doesn't work so I realize I'm missing advancedhooklnit.asi so I search everywhere and can't find it so I grab it front lcpdfr (which is not no talked on my pc I only downloaded it for the file) and then my game doesn't launch, someone please help.

Did you update to 1.0.8.0?

I think he means that would be the reason that mods are broken. Update 1.0.8.0 breaks most mods, and you generally have to downgrade back to 1.0.7.0  to get things working again.
