Alright, i need someone to just skype me so i can screen share i'm definitely doing something wrong

I downgraded eflc to 1.0.2.0 but a whole different set of complications arose lol, I'm gonna kept trying today in just going to reinstall the game and get a fresh slate and retry

I'm having some issues, I'm running Windows 10 in my pc so in order to get gta 4 to launch I have to use certain methods such as xliveless, I put the file in to the game and My game works I put the firefighter mod in but the mod doesn't work so I realize I'm missing advancedhooklnit.asi so I search everywhere and can't find it so I grab it front lcpdfr (which is not no talked on my pc I only downloaded it for the file) and then my game doesn't launch, someone please help.
