read the user manual, or watch the video tutorial, or better: read the in-game message saying "update your status to dispatch" when you put the victim on the ambulance ...  anyway, just press CONTROL and you will hear "medic 70, patient is ready for transport, etc.".

Now according to the video you uploaded you're using the wrong key to end a call: F6 is to cancel a call, CONTROL is to END a call.

Had a little problem where i could not put medic bag back in the engine vehicle (playing as engine company). Also could not treat the victim (nothing happened when pressing the keys). He just got up and stood there when i came near.

 

Otherwise this works really nice. Had some fun with a few commercial structure fires. Worked like a charm :)

First off, props on the whole idea. This is an amazing script from the looks of the videos you and others have taken.

I, however, am having an issue even launching gta at all while the script is installed. I am using the original version of gta IV, and not one of the DLC's.

I have followed your instructions exactly, but i am wondering if you can offer any advice on what i may need to do to play your script. (i really fucking want to)

 

It works good for me my only issue is the equipment sometimes will not load when i choose stokes basket jaws of life or medic bag there's a 50/50 chance they may or may not work & if it fails to work you gotta restart the whole thing any ideas.

I had the same problem, did you press CTRL ? 

Could you please add a toggle for "System.Speech.Synthesis" because this causes memory leaks for everyone.

what version are you using?

I continue to see that people are having a problem in which they cannot do anything or the controls quit working. If you have LCPDFR installed, simply hit ~ and type in reloadscripts and press enter. You will then have to hit "F" or whatever key you have mapped to start the script. Rinse and repeat as needed. I have found that the paramedic script works perfectly without error for me. The Firefighter script has an error every 10 minutes or so. But again, ~ reloadscripts press enter press F, or whatever your key is. Mine is N because it doesn't conflict with anything I use.

so press "ctrl" ... after you put the injured victim to the ambulance, just press ctrl to update your status and then go to your ambulance and drive to the hospital, it should work ... you should see the "gps" navigation on you radar and the hospital should be on the third island

What are the mininmum requirements for a computer to run this mod

Sometimes, i have a problem where it tells me an ambulance is already on the way, but it never comes. It even tells me to go get the stretcher even though no ambulance has arrived. This is when playing Battalion company.

seems a great mod, however i cant play it. When i start the mod with 'F' it says error in script 'fire.Fire'

please help

I have ELS 8 a carspawner and some car mods. No other scripts. Running on Windows 7, Original version, no Steam..

• -You can now order people to leave the area;
• -Calling for EMS is more stable now !

 

I will now add a few more calls: so you can suggest a callout idea, BUT DO NOT ASK FOR SOMETHING IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE IN GTA4 ...

I would make some basic treatment call where victim has only minor injuries, so you would go there, treat him in the ambulance and let him go.

Also some case where person is badly injured and is dying, so you need to quickly get him on the strecher, and transport him to the hospital ASAP, and if it would take you too long, he would die ... 

 

And what would I also do to make it more realistic, I would place few people around the injured guy, that would be guys who called EMS/FD ... Because usually the caller stays with the victim and waits there for help.
