I have been strolling through the internet to find a fix. No luck can someone help me. Don't tell me to uninstall it I love the darker nights it has.

RTCv4/5 have a history of turning non-EFLC games into Filmgrain City; I believe on RTCv5 I posted which file was to blame.

Edit: Found it.

Yeah unfortunately you'll need to pira-  I mean download eflc, totally legally, without breaking any laws and uhm... yeah... so that you can turn off the film grain in The Lost and Damned.

Anyway on a serious note, there's no other way of turning off the film grain. You'll have to go into TLaD turn the film grain off in display settings, and then magically (no idea how) it'll be turned off in IV as well. Hope this helped.

Sgt.Kanyo are you going to fix this in the next version? I don't really have the time to get EFLC right now. But have to say that your nights look beautiful and realistic. ;)
