An m4 like that will be on ivfirstresponse.net once the admin uploads it. But a model like the Bearcat is probably not going to happen in GTA IV because there are no detailed models and there are no modders that are talented enough to scratch build one.

It is very hard to make one of those trucks because Lenco are so secretive with information about their trucks.

that sucks.. theres no good swat trucks out and the good 1s are like you 2 are describing, what about a texture like that?

As I mentioned on IVFR there will be a ELS and a Non-ELS version of it, so nobody needs to worry if they are not fans of ELS.

I love this model! It's always nice to see a modeler create something "outside the box". Will definitely be following updates on this model. Now if we could only figure out a way to have a SWAT team hanging on the sides.... Keep up the good work!
