Ever since I installed 1.0b, I've had a problem with stopping bait cars :(

 

I've got the 'Police Helper' installed.

I can request a bait car, park it and wait, a thief will take it and drive away. But, when I try to pull it over, nothing happens,

and it ends up driving away into the distance.

 

Does anybody know why this could be happening ?

    Might skim through the support thread and see if you can't find anything regarding that. As for now, though, it's completely unsupported - Abraxas lost his job and can't bugfix it anymore.

    Still, better than on my end - when I go to get the car thief out the car, the game crashes on me.

    LCPDFR isn't supported with third party mods. Also, the police helper was made for LCPDFR v. 0.95RC2 in mind.

    It worked fine with 1.0 though ??

    Shame he lost his job. Not good news
