What i use:

 

1- Random (Most of them are my WIPs)

2- A Mix of Game4Video and NextGen ENB

3- None

4- ELS V7

What I use:

 

1- Default. I value gameplay over shiny cars :)

2- Again, default. Although >CryENB is nice, and >RTC by Kanyo is very good.

3- >Callouts+......kind of obvious really.

4- No ELS. :)

1) I don't really use car packs. I like just picking cars from car packs. That being said, if I had to pick a car pack, it'd have to be Sentinel55's CVPI pack. But I experiment with different cars all the time.

2) I want to use CryENB, but it's too hard on my system. I'm getting a new graphics card this month, so maybe that'll help. If not, I use RTCv5 from Kanyo

3) ELS really. I use a few gun mods and some ped mods, like Sam's GTAV peds, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

4) V7, but I heard V6 is a little better for halogen lights, which I use a lot.

1. Vanilla Cars. 

2. Not for normal gameplay, CryEnb for some screenshots. 

3. Callouts+, various other script mods and pretty much all of Custos and Olanovs mods. 

4. No ELS. Ever. 

1- A "home-made/custom-made RCMP-pack or a "Home-made" Tampa bay-area LC-style cars. All with emergency vehicles (E.G: Fire engine, Ambulance) matching my police theme.

2 - Savior ENB v 3.5

3 - ALPR, Police Helper, Towing Script & METT (Coroner's mod).

4 - ELS v7
