Yes. It is possible. However, that model doesn't look nearly as good or realistic as Sniper's Taser.

The Taser will work without LCPDFR, although it won't be quite as good without it.  You won't get the Taser sound etc.

I think you would need a individual .ivaud editter.

It doesn't replace any sound files.  It plays them from the LCPDFR folder.

 

If you wanted to add a Taser sound without using LCPDFR, you'd need to replace one of the original weapon sounds with it.

I woudn't know, not best modder out there. I know that Custo added more vehicles from EFLC. So you are saying there are more weapon sounds in EFLC?

Well, there is the advanced MG, assault SMG, pistol .44, gold SMG etc... 

I think that the audio folder is somewhere in the root folder or in your scripts folder, and the gun audio is located at PC>audio>sfx>Residend.rpf>Weapons.IVAUD
