Does the taser only work with LCPDFR?

I don't have LCPDFR and I want to try it out.

Yes and no.

The Taser will work without LCPDFR, although it won't be quite as good without it.  You won't get the Taser sound etc.

"You tell me exactly what you want, and I will very carefully explain to you why it cannot be."

It doesn't replace any sound files.  It plays them from the LCPDFR folder.

If you wanted to add a Taser sound without using LCPDFR, you'd need to replace one of the original weapon sounds with it.

Ohh okay, I think it is in the lcpdfr folder its self. Under audio.

Would it be possible to add slots to the default weapon list? Like pistol2.wdr etc...

Could I also do the same to the weapon.ivaud?

How about adding some weapons from the EFLC?

I know some copied some vehicle slots and added them to GTA4
