Yeah they shouldn't of used the name but I would like to see this in a couple of years.

You answered your own question. Putting an 'X' at the end of the name doesn't make it okay because the names are nearly identical. This could potentially bring a bunch of console people on here asking a bunch of questions we don't have answers to (because it's not our mod) and if it turns out to be a pile of crap, that could potentially be negative press against the original LCPDFR. Not to mention the plain and somple lack of morality of stealing a name.
