Hey guys i have problem with CryENB v1 on GTA 4 Episodes from Liberty City. I installed it succesfully and i love it but the problem is the lights in ELS are not bright enough. I mean the reflections are but the lights its self arent. They dont have that glowing effect. I used the ELS provided by CryENB v1.

 

as you can see in the attachements. I have tried messing around with visualsettings as well as ELS.ini. I took the pictures with my phones since els wouldnt show up on clip editor and i got a black screen with print screen.

Yeah, I've noticed that too for any modern cars, but gfxle's 80s Impala's do just fine. Other than that the lights look dull. Dunno if there is a solution for it, I haven't checked.

I have seen many people on YouTube using CryENB on EFLC and there light actually glow mine just turn and blue and look really bad. I tried reonstalling the game and installing CryENB again and it still didnt work. I even tried a different enb and still didnt work.

How would reinstalling GTA IV help when you have modded the game? What are your visualsettings set to? 

Go into visualsettings.dat and change the car.defaultlight.emissive.on between 100-200. Higher the brighter.
